I’m a Peruvian Visual Artist currently based in Switzerland. My work is rooted in the interpretation of nature as one all-embracing energy which flows through everything.

These elements, as oomph, are part of the sources and references that allow me the creation of my works, understand who I am and the world I live in.

From seed to tree, from tree to sky, from sky to river, from river to body, from body to earth.

My work is the submerging veins of this universal fluid. Through them an ancestral energy rises, the primitive accumulations, the original beliefs, the unconscious thoughts that animate the world. 

Art is my bridge of growth. 

Lorena Arevalo is a painter and illustrator from Peru. She develops her artwork inspired in magic, nature, femenine energy, dreams, and myth.

She believes magic is very much connected to the creativity and sensibility of the Self. 

In her paintings, Lorena expresses life’s beauty, and human beings connection towards nature.

Her artwork, mainly done in drawing and paintings is an intention to state and leave traces that the world has magic and is beautiful, a medicine that we can also share, like honoring the body, observing a flower, celebrating life and existence.
